As National Fire Practice Leader, Christopher works to elevate fire station design across the country. In all of his projects, Christopher brings a passion for modern design and strives to find opportunities to elevate the human experience through the art of architecture. He is a recognized thought leader in biophilic and human-centric design, focusing on the human experience and design solutions that promote health and wellness.
Christopher enjoys taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities in the mid-Atlantic region including surfing at Virgina Beach and the Outer Banks, paddle-boarding on the Potomac, hiking and biking in the Shenandoah, snowboarding in the in the Appalachian mountains, golfing anywhere he can get a tee time and participating in the annual Reston Sprint Triathlon in his home base of Northern Virginia. Christopher also enjoys spending his leisure time reading about art, architecture, and historical figures; sketching real and imagined places; and playing guitar by his backyard fire pit.
