With a goal of increasing value to maintain a strong presence in the growing Ashburn market, FGMA upgraded the unit plans to provide the most desirable unit amenities. With minimal disruption to existing utilities, larger bathrooms, kitchen layouts, and additional program features were provided in a phased renovation.
