Using a collection of nine prototype buildings, we created an inspiring community of 330 units with all of the resort-style amenities expected in the Baltimore-Washington region. Beautifully woven into the scenic landscape of the Patuxent National Wildlife Refuge, attention was given to ensuring serene views while also providing lively areas for entertainment.
