FGMA Welcomes Stacey Doherty as Chief Marketing Officer

FGMA, a national architecture and design firm committed to building community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stacey Doherty as its new Chief Marketing Officer. A transformative marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience in professional services and high-growth consulting environments, Stacey will lead FGMA’s firm-wide marketing strategy, brand evolution and go-to-market initiatives as the firm continues its trajectory of growth and innovation.
Stacey joins FGMA from a premier digital transformation consultancy, where she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In that role, she led a national rebrand unifying three companies, influenced more than $50 million in new business, and helped shape the company’s strategic narrative during a period of significant organizational change. She previously held senior leadership roles with other leading tech and professional services firms, bringing deep expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, digital transformation and cross-functional growth leadership.
“Stacey offers an exceptional blend of strategic vision, creative energy and people-focused leadership,” said Chief Executive Officer John Dzarnowski. “Her ability to build high-performing teams, translate insights into action and elevate brand presence will accelerate FGMA’s long-term vision as we expand our impact across our practices and communities.”
As CMO, Stacey will serve as a key member of FGMA’s executive leadership team. Her responsibilities include guiding the firm’s integrated marketing strategy, advancing brand positioning, strengthening the client and employee experience, and establishing a scalable marketing organization aligned with FGMA’s national growth strategy. She will partner closely with practice leaders, managing directors, and business development leads to translate firm goals into targeted and measurable marketing initiatives.
“I love the architecture and design space and am energized by the opportunity to help shape a brand that already has such a strong purpose — building community,” Stacey said. “I am excited to bring my experience in storytelling, digital strategy and brand transformation to help elevate FGMA’s presence and support the firm’s continued growth.”
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Northern Illinois University. She currently serves on the board of Ben Tire Distributors and participates in national leadership networks supporting the advancement of women executives.
Her appointment reinforces FGMA’s commitment to strategic growth, best-in-class client service and a unified brand experience rooted in the firm’s long-standing mission to design environments that strengthen the communities they serve.
