FGMA Appoints New 2025 Executive Vice Presidents and Additional Employee Ownership Promotions

Three outstanding team members have been promoted to Executive Vice President:

Jan Behounek, AIA, LEED AP, CDT

Since joining FGMA in 2019, Jan has advanced the firm’s vision for higher education design through her leadership, wealth of expertise and commitment to meaningful collaboration. As Higher Education Practice Leader and a member of FGMA’s Board of Directors, she continues to elevate our impact across the academic landscape while strengthening relationships and expanding our reach.

Jaime Palomo, AIA

Jaime joined the firm in 2022 and has since propelled FGMA’s growing Municipal and PK-12 education practices across Texas by encouraging solutions-oriented designs that advance our clients’ missions. In early 2024, he stepped into the Managing Director role in the Texas region. His strategic vision, expertise and collaborative spirit are key to expanding FGMA’s impact.

Elizabeth Wojtowicz, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

As FGMA’s Chief People Officer, Elizabeth exemplifies FGMA’s values by encouraging a culture of growth, trust and mutual accountability, and by empowering individuals to take ownership of their professional journeys. Her leadership in Human Resources ensures that every team member is equipped with the tools, support and environment needed to succeed and collaborate with purpose.
