Inclusive in our approach is sustainable design and high performance buildings. We are creating environments that place a priority of health and well-being on the occupants. Transparency and material health are at the forefront of this movement.  We are advocates for industry benchmarks set forth in LEED V4, Living Building Challenge and WELL Building.

Identifying vulnerabilities to natural and manmade stressors in buildings and to create design responses to help achieve stability and adaptability is Resilient Design. We are working to help create buildings and spaces that are more flexible, responsive and adaptive to a catastrophic and chronic event.
