Anna finds the most rewarding part of her work as a Principal focused on federal projects is guiding a team toward a shared goal, watching how each person’s input shapes the evolution of a project. “The best solutions come from collaboration,” she said. “It’s exciting to see how ideas grow and improve through teamwork.”

Her approach to design focuses on integrating technical solutions with thoughtful, innovative strategies that ensure buildings remain relevant over time. She embraces the philosophy shared by one of her architecture professors: “There is no solution; seek it lovingly.” This mindset helps her approach each project as a unique challenge, driven by the specific program, site, materials and end-users involved.

Anna’s passion for architecture started when she was young. She was fascinated by the built environment, often wondering what interior spaces looked like before walking inside. Her father was an electrical engineer, and Anna would spend hours poring over her dad’s technical drawings, captivated by the organization and detail.

Outside the office, Anna is an avid outdoorswoman and fitness enthusiast. She loves hiking, being in nature and living a balanced, holistic lifestyle focused on health and nutrition. She enjoys traveling, exploring cities through their architecture and urban planning, and often finds inspiration by asking, “Why was this building designed this way?”
