With the Fourth of July holiday just a few days away, shooting off fireworks to celebrate this holiday is just as common as delicious barbecues, dripping ice cream cones and lazy days spent in the pool. Many people do not realize the dangers and the trauma that can be inflicted on others including but not limited to war veterans and our four-legged friends. Thank you to the Fire Safety Departments and Emergency Services for putting together guidelines and precautions for firework safety. Take a moment to read through these guidelines, especially if you are participating in non-professional firework shows.
