FGMA is an employee owned firm having established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP, 30+ years ago. This helps foster a culture of learning, teaching, collaboration and shared responsibility throughout the firm.

 

Our people — each and every one — are highly invested in making FGMA the best it can be. In addition to the opportunity to invest in the firm thorough our ESOP, we offer employees a 401(k) plan and the assistance of a financial planner to help manage personal savings and investments.

 

Work is a big part of each of our lives, but it isn’t everything. Providing benefits that help employees maintain a quality life is important to the firm. We offer benefits that support health and well-being including paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance as well as health savings accounts. In order to foster an environment of lifelong learning, FGMA has developed a strong professional development program.

From afternoon gatherings to volleyball and softball leagues and other social and charitable events, our team plays and works together inside and outside the office.
